What level of effort threshold (above which we would charge an hourly rate) do you think is appropriate?

Consider how many specialist hours Transport Canada should spend on a project before we charge on an hourly basis. Also think about whether the level of effort threshold should be different depending on the service.

We would suggest that a fee threshold should be established based on the expected level of effort for a “routine’ certification project. The hourly rate would then only be applied to non-routine projects with a need for increased involvement of TCCA.
