Transport Canada is conducting an aviation safety regulatory review to modernize the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).

We want your comments related to Part II: Aircraft Identification and Registration and Operation of a Leased Aircraft by a Non-Registered Owner. With your help, we will be able to transform the aviation regulations to better respond to your needs while maintaining a high level of safety.
