When were the Domestic Ferries Security Regulations last updated?
The regulations received minor updates in 2014 and 2015:
The regulations haven’t been modernized or seen major changes since they came into force in 2008.

You can fill out the domestic ferries security survey and submit your comments on the Let’s Talk Transportation website. We will consider your comments as we develop the regulations.
We will also publish the proposed regulations in the Canada Gazette for public comment before they come into effect.
